Laurinburg, NC: The Storytelling & Arts Center of the Southeast (SACS) in Laurinburg, NC, will present its fifth annual Bold-Faced Liars’ Showdown on Jan. 21, 2012, at its performance center, 131 South Main Street in downtown Laurinburg, NC. Storytellers, 16 years old and above, who have imaginative lies to share, are invited to enter the competition. Prizes will be awarded to the 3 finalists and certificates will be given to all competitors. There is also a People’s Choice Award. Winners will be announced at the evening show and the winners will have a chance to tell their lies again.
